| JD Doliner brings expertise in investment vehicle formation, capitalization, operations, and management. Until August 2002 Ms. Doliner was Senior Vice President at Environmental Enterprises Assistance Fund (EEAF) where she directed fundraising for investment and operations, deal origination, marketing and strategic planning. She also managed a portfolio of direct investments and served as Managing Director for Solar Development Group from 1998 - 2002, building an investment team for Latin America and Asia. During her tenure at EEAF, Ms. Doliner designed the first environmental venture capital funds for Latin America, and led efforts to engage $70 million in investments and $25 million in grants for four funds and several smaller programs. Before joining EEAF in 1993 Ms. Doliner was Director of Communications for Temple University Health Sciences Center, serving as an administrator and a major gifts officer for the hospital and medical school. Ms. Doliner has been active in promoting socially responsible investment for more than 15 years, and has managed portfolios for individual investors. She has also served as a business development and marketing consultant to several organizations. Ms. Doliner holds a B.A. from Duke University. She serves on the Boards of Directors of IBENS, Pesticide Action Network, Fiber Futures and Oley Institute. Shari Friedman focuses on market-based environmental policies, greenhouse gas marketing, investment fund development for environmental sectors and renewable energy. Ms. Friedman is a former member of the US negotiating team for the Kyoto Protocol, focusing on creating the US position on the Clean Development Mechanism. In conjunction with the Government of Guatemala, Ms. Friedman created a series of baseline options for the energy sector in Guatemala. Prior to working internationally, Ms. Friedman evaluated economic effects of climate change policy on the U.S. economy. Most recently, Ms. Friedman worked at Environmental Enterprises Assistance Fund, a manager of environmental venture capital funds. Ms. Friedman was in charge of all capitalization, new fund development, and greenhouse gas marketing. After analyzing the lessons learned, Ms. Friedman restructured EEAF's debt to reflect the realities of investment in this field. Ms. Friedman has experience in solar PV and wind energy design and installation. Ms. Friedman holds a Masters in Public Policy from Georgetown and a B.A. from Tufts University. Cyndi Janetzko specializes in green products marketing, investment fund development and strategic planning. Drawing upon her contacts within and knowledge of environmental sectors, she assists clients to secure investment capital and to place their products to increase market share. Ms. Janetzko is particularly well versed in the sectors of organic agriculture, sustainable forestry and renewable energy. Ms. Janetzko was instrumental in the organization of Terra Capital Investors, a biodiversity fund active in Latin America. Beginning in 1997 she was a member of the Environmental Enterprises Assistance Fund fundraising team to capital the fund; once Terra Capital was operational, Ms. Janetzko developed its deal origination strategy and marketing materials. While at EEAF she also was involved in the marketing and deal originiation for Corporacion Financiera Ambiental, the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Fund, and Solar Development Group. Prior to EEAF, Ms. Janetzko worked for the Gap, Inc. in long-range planning and finance. Ms. Janetzko holds a Master's of Public Policy from the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan and a B.S. in Economics from California Polytechnic State University. She speaks Spanish in addition to English. |
